How We Work
Discovery → Structure Planning → Visual Design → Review & Revisions → Launch → Post-Launch Support
We start by understanding your courses, audience and goals, plan the page structure, design each page, share it for your review, make agreed revisions, and launch the website — followed by the support period included in your plan.
What Your Website Package Includes
Your selected website package includes only the pages, sections and features listed in that plan. Depending on the package, this may include:
- Home page
- About page
- Course or service pages
- Faculty profile section
- Results or achievements section
- Batch schedule page
- Test series or scholarship page
- Consultation or demo-booking form
- Contact page
- WhatsApp and call buttons
- Blog section setup
- SEO foundation setup
- Enquiry monitoring
- Post-launch support, as per the selected plan
Any page, section or function not listed in the selected package will be discussed and agreed with you separately before work begins.
How We Count Website Pages
Every separate URL is counted as one page. For example:
- Home page: one page
- About page: one page
- One course or service page: one page
- One optional-subject page: one page
- One branch page: one page
- One country page: one page
- One university page: one page
- One faculty profile with a separate URL: one page
- One campaign landing page: one page
- One thank-you page: one page
Sections placed on the same page do not count as separate pages unless they require a separate layout, URL or functionality.
How Page Scope Changes by Education Business
Local Coaching and Tuition Centres — separate pages may be required for classes, subjects, streams, locations, board programmes, foundation courses, or NEET/JEE preparation.
For example, Class 11 Science and Class 11 Commerce may need separate pages because the audience, subjects and admission message are different.
Competitive Exam Coaching Institutes — separate pages may be required for GS Foundation, optional subjects, NEET, JEE, GATE branches, State PCS programmes, test series, mentorship, interview guidance, and online vs classroom courses.
One optional subject, one GATE branch, or one clearly defined exam programme is generally treated as one course page.
Admission and Education Consultants — separate pages may be required for countries, universities, courses, admission services, visa services, scholarships, counselling services, eligibility, and locations.
Different countries or admission services may need separate pages because their audience, process, eligibility and search intent are different.
Design and Layout Scope
Our standard website packages primarily cover page layout planning, visual design, WordPress and Elementor implementation ("WordPress Build"), mobile-responsive design, placement of approved content, and the forms, buttons and contact actions listed in the plan.
Custom software development and complex coded functionality sit outside our standard website design scope. If your project needs this, we'll walk you through the options and agree the scope and cost together before any such work begins.
Custom Functions and Development Work
The following are typically discussed as a separate scope: student portal, learning management system, online examination portal, course-purchase system, payment gateway, advanced fee calculator, college or university database, rank or college predictor, custom CRM integration, API integration, advanced search filters, automated document processing, custom booking system, multi-vendor functionality, or any other custom-coded feature.
We'll always explain the requirement and cost with you before starting such work.
Domain, Hosting and Business Email
Website package prices do not include domain registration, hosting, business email, SSL certificate where not provided by the host, server migration, premium hosting support, or third-party subscriptions. You're welcome to purchase these directly, or we're happy to suggest suitable options.
Premium Themes, Plugins and Licences
Some requested features may need a paid theme, plugin, extension or external tool. If a paid licence is needed: we'll inform you before purchase; the licence cost is paid by you, renewal charges remain your responsibility, and the licence stays subject to the provider's own pricing and terms. We never purchase paid tools without your approval.
Content, Images and Business Information
You're responsible for providing accurate institute or company details, course information, fees, batch dates, faculty profiles, results, testimonials, branch addresses, contact details, admission procedures, images, videos and any legal or regulatory information. We arrange approved content within the website layout.
Full research, content writing, image creation, photography or video production is included only when clearly mentioned in the selected package.
Content Writing Support
Where content writing is not included: you provide the final content, we may offer basic content-placement guidance, and missing content may extend the timeline.
Where content writing is included: content is written in English by default (other languages can be discussed and agreed separately), the number of pages follows the approved scope, you review the factual details, and fees, results, faculty claims and admission information are approved by you before publication.
Revision Rounds
Revision rounds follow the number specified in your selected package. A revision round means reasonable changes within the approved design direction, such as text corrections, image replacement, spacing changes, section order changes, colour or button adjustments, and minor layout refinements.
A completely new design direction after approval is treated as fresh scope and discussed separately. To keep the project organised, please share feedback in one combined document or message for each revision round.
Website Delivery Timeline
The timeline begins after we receive the initial payment, final page list, logo and brand assets, required content, images, course information and website access where applicable.
The expected timeline may shift if content is delayed, approvals are delayed, new pages are added, new functions are requested, third-party tools are unavailable, or the agreed scope changes. We'll always keep you informed and agree any revised timeline together.
Mobile Layout and Standard Usability
All website packages include mobile-responsive layout work for the agreed pages. Our standard work focuses on clear mobile layout, readable content, easy navigation, functional forms, and visible call and WhatsApp actions.
Advanced performance optimisation and development-level speed work sit outside our design scope — our packages cover designing and layout, not backend development.
Forms, Calls and WhatsApp Buttons
Forms and contact actions are configured according to the selected package. You'll need to confirm the correct phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, form recipient, and any branch or counsellor routing. Third-party WhatsApp automation, call-recording tools, CRM routing or advanced form logic can be discussed as a separate add-on.
Website Ownership and Handover
After final payment, you receive full WordPress administrator access and the agreed website assets. The website belongs to you, except for third-party licensed tools, which remain subject to their own licences.
Post-Launch Support
Post-launch support applies for the duration listed in your selected package. It normally covers agreed-scope corrections, broken links caused during launch, form issues related to our setup, layout issues on agreed pages, minor text corrections, and handover guidance.
It doesn't automatically include new pages, new features, new designs, content writing, ongoing maintenance, plugin renewal, security monitoring, or additional development. Ongoing website maintenance can be arranged as a separate plan.
