Why do most institutes choose a 6-month plan for Complete Marketing?

  • SEO, paid ads and social media each build momentum at different speeds — a longer plan lets all three come together.
  • Consistent content and campaigns build stronger authority and retargeting audiences than a stop-start approach.
  • It works out cheaper per month, and locks in today's pricing for the full period.
One-time setup fee

This covers your Google Ads and Meta Ads setup together, at a lower combined cost, charged once — separate from the monthly management fee.

Growth Plan₹12,999
Professional Plan₹14,999

  • This plan includes organic social media, which is not available as a separate standalone service — part of why the monthly price is higher than SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads added together.
  • One-time setup fee (covers Google Ads and Meta Ads setup together, at a lower combined cost, charged once): Growth Plan – ₹12,999 · Professional Plan – ₹14,999 · Admission Accelerator – ₹16,999 · Local Market Leader – ₹23,999.

Why do most institutes choose a 6-month plan for Complete Marketing?

  • SEO, paid ads and social media each build momentum at different speeds — a longer plan lets all three come together properly.
  • Consistent content and campaigns across 6 months build stronger authority and retargeting audiences than a stop-start approach.

Admission Accelerator₹16,999
National Authority₹23,999
A few things to keep in mind
  • One course may mean one UPSC optional subject, one GS Foundation programme, one GATE branch, one State PCS programme, one NEET or JEE programme, or another clearly defined course you teach.
  • This plan includes organic social media, which is not available as a separate standalone service. That's part of why the monthly price is higher than SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads added together.
  • The one-time setup fee covers Google Ads and Meta Ads account setup, research and campaign structure together, at a lower combined cost than taking each separately.
  • AI reels are short 15-30 second promotional videos created from approved text, images and brand assets. Original video shoots are not included.
  • Quarterly and half-yearly plans are billed 100% upfront for the full period, at the discounted rate — the same advance-payment policy applies, just for a longer period.
  • You can still choose the monthly plan at any time — it simply doesn't include the discount.
  • Please provide accurate course information, batch dates, faculty details and timely approvals so we can stay on schedule.
  • Ad spend for Google Ads and Meta Ads is separate from the setup fee and management price, and depends on your budget.

How Package Coverage is Decided

Package size isn’t only about price — it reflects how much dedicated research, content and campaign work your business actually needs.

One course, class or service unit may mean:

  • One UPSC optional subject or GS Foundation programme
  • One GATE branch or State PCS programme
  • One NEET or JEE programme
  • One class or subject (for example, Class 11 Science)
  • One study destination or admission service (for example, Study in UK, MBBS Admission)
  • One physical location or branch

Online and offline versions of the same course are treated as separate units, since their audience, competition and strategy are different.

Before You Compare the Plans

➤ Website Design is a one-time service; SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Complete Marketing are monthly.

➤ Google Ads and Meta Ads have a one-time setup fee, separate from the monthly management fee.

➤ A quarterly commitment saves 10%, and a half-yearly commitment saves 20%, on SEO and Complete Marketing plans.

➤ Google Ads and Meta Ads offer a 90-day (quarterly) commitment with a 10% saving, since paid campaigns need this minimum period to work properly.

➤ You can always choose to pay monthly instead — it simply won’t include the commitment discount.

➤ Ad spend for Google Ads and Meta Ads is separate from our fees and depends on your budget.

➤ Blog articles, social posts, links and campaign counts are monthly limits and don’t carry over.

➤ Additional courses, locations, branches, pages or campaigns are quoted separately.

➤ All listed prices are exclusive of GST.

➤ Rankings, AI search mentions, leads and admissions cannot be guaranteed.

➤ Final scope is confirmed in the written proposal before work begins.

Why These Packages Are Different

Generic marketing packages often treat every education business the same way. These plans are built around how your business actually works.

A local tuition centre needs nearby parent enquiries and Google Maps visibility. A UPSC, NEET, JEE or GATE coaching institute needs national search reach, faculty authority and batch-based campaigns. An admission consultant needs trust-building pages, qualification forms and a longer follow-up journey.

That’s why your audience, course coverage, location, mode and admission journey are considered before we recommend a plan.

Not Sure Which Plan Fits?

Share your business type, courses, locations and goals — we’ll help you pick a plan without adding anything you don’t need.

Clear Service Scope and Working Guidelines

We want every client to know exactly what is included, what may require an additional quote, and what both teams need to complete the work smoothly.

1. Website Design — Scope and Working Guidelines

How We Work

Discovery → Structure Planning → Visual Design → Review & Revisions → Launch → Post-Launch Support

We start by understanding your courses, audience and goals, plan the page structure, design each page, share it for your review, make agreed revisions, and launch the website — followed by the support period included in your plan.

What Your Website Package Includes

Your selected website package includes only the pages, sections and features listed in that plan. Depending on the package, this may include:

  • Home page
  • About page
  • Course or service pages
  • Faculty profile section
  • Results or achievements section
  • Batch schedule page
  • Test series or scholarship page
  • Consultation or demo-booking form
  • Contact page
  • WhatsApp and call buttons
  • Blog section setup
  • SEO foundation setup
  • Enquiry monitoring
  • Post-launch support, as per the selected plan

Any page, section or function not listed in the selected package will be discussed and agreed with you separately before work begins.

How We Count Website Pages

Every separate URL is counted as one page. For example:

  • Home page: one page
  • About page: one page
  • One course or service page: one page
  • One optional-subject page: one page
  • One branch page: one page
  • One country page: one page
  • One university page: one page
  • One faculty profile with a separate URL: one page
  • One campaign landing page: one page
  • One thank-you page: one page

Sections placed on the same page do not count as separate pages unless they require a separate layout, URL or functionality.

How Page Scope Changes by Education Business

Local Coaching and Tuition Centres — separate pages may be required for classes, subjects, streams, locations, board programmes, foundation courses, or NEET/JEE preparation.

For example, Class 11 Science and Class 11 Commerce may need separate pages because the audience, subjects and admission message are different.

Competitive Exam Coaching Institutes — separate pages may be required for GS Foundation, optional subjects, NEET, JEE, GATE branches, State PCS programmes, test series, mentorship, interview guidance, and online vs classroom courses.

One optional subject, one GATE branch, or one clearly defined exam programme is generally treated as one course page.

Admission and Education Consultants — separate pages may be required for countries, universities, courses, admission services, visa services, scholarships, counselling services, eligibility, and locations.

Different countries or admission services may need separate pages because their audience, process, eligibility and search intent are different.

Design and Layout Scope

Our standard website packages primarily cover page layout planning, visual design, WordPress and Elementor implementation ("WordPress Build"), mobile-responsive design, placement of approved content, and the forms, buttons and contact actions listed in the plan.

Custom software development and complex coded functionality sit outside our standard website design scope. If your project needs this, we'll walk you through the options and agree the scope and cost together before any such work begins.

Custom Functions and Development Work

The following are typically discussed as a separate scope: student portal, learning management system, online examination portal, course-purchase system, payment gateway, advanced fee calculator, college or university database, rank or college predictor, custom CRM integration, API integration, advanced search filters, automated document processing, custom booking system, multi-vendor functionality, or any other custom-coded feature.

We'll always explain the requirement and cost with you before starting such work.

Domain, Hosting and Business Email

Website package prices do not include domain registration, hosting, business email, SSL certificate where not provided by the host, server migration, premium hosting support, or third-party subscriptions. You're welcome to purchase these directly, or we're happy to suggest suitable options.

Premium Themes, Plugins and Licences

Some requested features may need a paid theme, plugin, extension or external tool. If a paid licence is needed: we'll inform you before purchase; the licence cost is paid by you, renewal charges remain your responsibility, and the licence stays subject to the provider's own pricing and terms. We never purchase paid tools without your approval.

Content, Images and Business Information

You're responsible for providing accurate institute or company details, course information, fees, batch dates, faculty profiles, results, testimonials, branch addresses, contact details, admission procedures, images, videos and any legal or regulatory information. We arrange approved content within the website layout.

Full research, content writing, image creation, photography or video production is included only when clearly mentioned in the selected package.

Content Writing Support

Where content writing is not included: you provide the final content, we may offer basic content-placement guidance, and missing content may extend the timeline.

Where content writing is included: content is written in English by default (other languages can be discussed and agreed separately), the number of pages follows the approved scope, you review the factual details, and fees, results, faculty claims and admission information are approved by you before publication.

Revision Rounds

Revision rounds follow the number specified in your selected package. A revision round means reasonable changes within the approved design direction, such as text corrections, image replacement, spacing changes, section order changes, colour or button adjustments, and minor layout refinements.

A completely new design direction after approval is treated as fresh scope and discussed separately. To keep the project organised, please share feedback in one combined document or message for each revision round.

Website Delivery Timeline

The timeline begins after we receive the initial payment, final page list, logo and brand assets, required content, images, course information and website access where applicable.

The expected timeline may shift if content is delayed, approvals are delayed, new pages are added, new functions are requested, third-party tools are unavailable, or the agreed scope changes. We'll always keep you informed and agree any revised timeline together.

Mobile Layout and Standard Usability

All website packages include mobile-responsive layout work for the agreed pages. Our standard work focuses on clear mobile layout, readable content, easy navigation, functional forms, and visible call and WhatsApp actions.

Advanced performance optimisation and development-level speed work sit outside our design scope — our packages cover designing and layout, not backend development.

Forms, Calls and WhatsApp Buttons

Forms and contact actions are configured according to the selected package. You'll need to confirm the correct phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, form recipient, and any branch or counsellor routing. Third-party WhatsApp automation, call-recording tools, CRM routing or advanced form logic can be discussed as a separate add-on.

Website Ownership and Handover

After final payment, you receive full WordPress administrator access and the agreed website assets. The website belongs to you, except for third-party licensed tools, which remain subject to their own licences.

Post-Launch Support

Post-launch support applies for the duration listed in your selected package. It normally covers agreed-scope corrections, broken links caused during launch, form issues related to our setup, layout issues on agreed pages, minor text corrections, and handover guidance.

It doesn't automatically include new pages, new features, new designs, content writing, ongoing maintenance, plugin renewal, security monitoring, or additional development. Ongoing website maintenance can be arranged as a separate plan.

2. SEO & AI Search — Scope and Working Guidelines

How We Define One SEO Target Unit

One SEO target unit means one clearly defined course, subject, mode, service or location with its own audience, competition and search intent.

For example: Anthropology Optional Online, Public Administration Optional Classroom, GATE CSE Online, State PCS Foundation in Lucknow, NEET Dropper Programme, Class 11 Science Coaching in Dwarka, MBBS Admission Consulting for one defined market, or Study Abroad Consulting for one selected country.

How Keyword Coverage is Allocated

  • 15 keywords cover one primary target unit — one course, one subject, one mode, one branch, one location, or one admission service.
  • 30 keywords cover up to two primary target units.
  • 45 keywords cover up to three primary target units.

For example, if you offer 6 optional subjects, a 15-keyword plan covers 1 of them, a 30-keyword plan covers 2, and a 45-keyword plan covers 3. The remaining subjects would need additional coverage, which we're happy to plan and quote together.

The displayed keyword number refers to priority keywords selected for tracking and reporting. Supporting search phrases, long-tail keywords and related questions are also targeted naturally through page optimisation and content.

When the Same Course is Counted Separately

The same course may be counted as two target units when the marketing requirement changes — for example, Anthropology Optional Online and Anthropology Optional Classroom.

These are treated separately because the audience, location targeting, competitors, landing page and content strategy differ. The same principle applies to online vs offline modes, different cities, different branches, and different student segments.

How Locations Are Counted

A location may be treated as a separate target unit when it needs a separate keyword set, a dedicated landing page, a separate Google Business Profile, different competitor research, local citations, or location-specific link building.

For example, "Class 11 Coaching in Dwarka" and "Class 11 Coaching in Rohini" are treated separately because they target different local markets.

How This Applies Across Our Three Audiences

Local Coaching and Tuition Centres — separate target units may include Class 9 Science, Class 10 Maths, Class 11 Economics, Class 12 Physics, NEET Foundation, JEE Foundation, one branch location, or one additional target area.

Competitive Exam Coaching Institutes — separate target units may include GS Foundation, Anthropology Optional, Sociology Optional, GATE CSE, GATE Mechanical, State PCS Foundation, NEET UG, NEET Dropper Course, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, SSC CGL, or SBI Bank PO.

Admission and Education Consultants — separate target units may include MBBS Admission in India, NEET PG Counselling, MBA Admission Consulting, Study in the UK, Study in Canada, MBBS in Russia, Student Visa Consulting, or one defined university category.

What SEO Work May Include

Depending on the selected plan: website audit, keyword research, competitor research, keyword-to-page mapping, existing page optimisation, title and meta optimisation, heading structure, internal linking, image SEO, schema recommendations, technical SEO review, indexing checks, sitemap review, content planning, blog writing (in English by default), local SEO, Google Business Profile work, authority-building activities, rank tracking, monthly reporting, and AI-search-friendly page structure. Only the activities listed in your selected package are included.

AI Search Optimisation

AI search work may include clear question-based headings, direct answers, structured page sections, FAQ content, entity clarity, expert and faculty information, strong internal linking, and content written for conversational search. This improves the clarity and extractability of your content, but it does not guarantee visibility or mentions in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or other AI platforms.

Technical SEO Review and Fixes

Technical SEO work covers only the items listed in the package and within the available website access. Some technical fixes may need developer support, hosting changes, paid plugins, theme changes, or custom coding — this sits outside our standard SEO scope, and we'll always explain the requirement with you before any additional work.

SEO Content and Blog Articles

Monthly blog limits apply to the current billing month; average per blog word count approximate 900-1000 words. Blog topics are selected based on keyword research, search intent, course relevance, competitor gaps, and student or parent questions.

Unused monthly blogs don't automatically carry forward. You'll need to approve factual information, fees, batch dates, results, course details, faculty claims and admission information before publishing. Major rewrites after approval are treated as fresh work and discussed separately.

Authority Building and Links

Authority-building work may include a mix of education listings, business listings, relevant profile links, content links, resource links, brand mentions, local citations, web 2.0, classified posting, forum submission, directory submission, search engine submission and ping submission.

Link quality and relevance are prioritised over volume, so the exact monthly number may vary slightly when fewer, stronger placements are better for your website than a larger number of weaker links. We don't promise links from any specific website unless agreed with you in writing.

Google Business Profile Work

Google Business Profile work applies where you have a physical teaching location, counselling office, branch or verified local service address. You're responsible for supplying the correct business name, address, phone number, working hours, photos and verification access. Google may request additional verification, and final approval and ranking remain controlled by Google, not us.

SEO Reporting

Reporting may include priority keyword movement, organic traffic, search impressions and clicks, pages improved, content published, technical observations, authority work completed, Google Business Profile insights, and next-month priorities. This is shared as a document or spreadsheet over email or WhatsApp, along with a review call as per your plan. Traffic and rankings may fluctuate due to Google updates, competitor changes, seasonal demand and other search-behaviour factors.

SEO Results and What We Commit To

SEO and AI search visibility develop over time and depend on competition, website condition, domain history, content depth, technical quality, authority, location and search-engine updates, so we don't promise guaranteed rankings, traffic or AI mentions.

What we do commit to: transparent, consistent work every month, honest reporting on what's been done and what's changed, only publishing content you've approved, and continuously improving based on performance.

3. Google Ads — Scope and Working Guidelines

What the One-Time Setup Fee Covers

Depending on the selected plan, the one-time setup fee may include account review or setup, keyword research, competitor research, negative-keyword planning, campaign structure, ad-group setup, ad-copy creation, conversion setup listed in the plan, location targeting, initial bidding settings, initial budget planning, and landing-page review where included.

The setup fee is charged once for the agreed initial scope. New courses, branches, markets or major account restructuring can be planned and quoted as an additional setup.

What Monthly Management Covers

Depending on the package: active campaign management, search-term reviews, negative-keyword updates, bid adjustments, budget allocation, ad-copy testing, campaign monitoring, conversion monitoring, landing-page recommendations, performance reporting, and review calls. The number of active campaigns follows the selected package.

What One Active Campaign Means

One active campaign means one campaign managed during the billing period for the agreed course, exam, optional subject, location, branch, admission service or campaign objective. Additional active campaigns are planned and quoted together with you.

How Course Coverage is Counted

One advertised course may mean one UPSC optional subject, one GS Foundation programme, one GATE branch, one State PCS programme, one NEET or JEE programme, one local coaching class or subject, one admission consulting service, or one country-focused consultation service.

Online and classroom campaigns may be counted separately where audience, geography, keywords, landing pages or messaging change. For example, moving from 1 course to 3 courses is treated as a scope change, and we'll review and agree the updated plan with you before proceeding.

What We Manage vs What Depends on Your Team

We manage: campaign setup, keywords, ad copy, budget optimisation, tracking, and reporting.

Final admissions also depend on: your counselling process, course fee, faculty reputation, brand trust, follow-up speed, and local competition. This split helps set the right expectations from day one.

Ad Spend

Google Ads spend is separate from the setup fee, monthly management fee, landing-page cost and tracking-tool cost. You should pay Google directly wherever possible.

Recommended advertising budget depends on course competition, search volume, target location, course fee, admission targets, season and competitor activity. Any major budget change is always discussed with you first.

Keyword and Search-Term Management

Keyword work may include high-intent keywords, course keywords, exam keywords, location keywords, negative keywords and competitor-related research. Google may show ads for related search terms according to its own matching system — we regularly review search terms, but no campaign can completely prevent every irrelevant click.

Ad Copy and Testing

Ad-copy work may include headlines, descriptions, calls to action, sitelinks, callouts, course messages and batch messages. A/B testing applies only where included in the package and where sufficient traffic is available.

Landing-Page Support

We distinguish between three levels of landing-page work:

  • Review — observations and recommendations for the existing page.
  • Optimisation — agreed improvements to an existing page within the approved scope.
  • Build — creation of one new campaign landing page where clearly mentioned in the package.

Full content writing, custom development, paid plugins, advanced forms, or additional landing pages can be planned as a separate scope.

Conversion and Enquiry Monitoring

Depending on the plan, enquiry monitoring may include form submissions, phone clicks, WhatsApp clicks, demo bookings and consultation requests. Monitoring accuracy depends on website access, cookie settings, browser restrictions and correct technical setup.

Cost-per-Admission Reporting

Cost-per-admission reporting is possible only when you regularly share accurate lead status, counselling status, demo attendance, payment status and confirmed admission data with us. Without this data, our reporting will focus on clicks, enquiries and cost per enquiry.

Client Response and Follow-Up

We manage advertising and agreed enquiry monitoring. Your team remains responsible for calling leads, WhatsApp follow-up, counselling, fee discussion, demo scheduling, document collection and admission closure. Campaign results may be affected by delayed or incomplete follow-up.

Google Ads Results and What We Commit To

Campaign performance depends on budget, competition, search demand, course fee, brand trust, landing-page quality, offer, response time, counselling process and seasonality, so we don't promise a fixed number of clicks, leads, admissions or a fixed cost per enquiry.

What we do commit to: careful campaign setup, regular monitoring and optimisation, honest reporting, and clear communication whenever something needs your attention or approval.

4. Meta Ads — Scope and Working Guidelines

What the One-Time Setup Fee Covers

Depending on the selected package: Meta Business Manager review, ad-account review, Pixel installation where technically possible, audience research, initial campaign setup, lead-form setup, WhatsApp destination setup and initial tracking setup.

The setup fee is charged once for the agreed initial scope. New accounts, branches, pixels, domains or major restructuring can be planned as additional setup work.

What Monthly Management Covers

Depending on the package: active campaigns, image creatives, AI reels, ad copy, audience targeting, audience testing, retargeting, lead forms, performance monitoring, reporting and review support. Monthly limits follow the selected plan.

What One Active Campaign Means

One active campaign means one campaign managed during the billing period for the agreed course, exam, batch, location, audience or lead objective. Additional campaigns are planned and quoted together with you.

Course and Audience Coverage

A separate course, mode, branch, location or audience may require a separate campaign, creative set, ad copy and retargeting audience — for example, GS Foundation and Anthropology Optional, online and classroom courses, or a parent audience and a student audience.

Image Creative Definition

One image creative means one approved static ad design in one primary size and language. Additional versions for other languages, dimensions, branches, courses or platforms may be counted separately.

AI Reel Definition

One AI reel means a 15–30 second promotional video created using approved text, images, brand colours, logo, and available course or brand assets. It does not include, unless separately agreed: faculty video shoots, on-location filming, professional actors, influencer fees, studio recording, custom voice-over, advanced animation, or multiple-language production.

Creative Ownership

Final approved creatives (images and AI reels) delivered as part of your plan belong to you once payment is made. Editable source or project files, raw footage, and any third-party stock assets used in production are not included unless separately agreed, as these often depend on the tools and licences used to create them.

Ad Copywriting

Ad copy may include primary text, headline, description, call to action, course message, batch message, and offer message, written in English by default. The number of copy variations follows the selected plan.

Audience Targeting

Audience work may include interest targeting, location targeting, age targeting, parent or student segments, website audiences, lookalike audiences and custom audiences. Audience availability and performance depend on Meta's platform rules and available data.

Lead Forms and WhatsApp

Depending on the package, leads may be collected through WhatsApp, Meta instant forms, website forms or landing pages. You'll need to confirm the correct WhatsApp number, email, branch routing and lead-form questions.

Meta Pixel and Tracking

Pixel installation is completed where website access is available, the platform supports installation, and required permissions and consent are met. Tracking may be affected by browser restrictions, cookie settings, device privacy controls and platform changes — no tracking setup can capture every user action with complete accuracy.

Retargeting

Retargeting is included only where mentioned in the selected package. Retargeting performance depends on having enough audience data, such as website visitors, video viewers, form openers or previous leads. A newly launched account may need time to build a usable retargeting audience.

Creative Approval

You'll need to approve course information, faculty names, batch dates, fees, results, testimonials, claims, offers, images and videos before they go live. Delays in approval may delay the campaign launch.

Lead Quality and Follow-Up

Lead quality is improved through better audience selection, creative messaging, form questions and retargeting. Final lead quality also depends on your course offer, fees, brand trust, competition, response time and counselling process.

We generate and monitor agreed enquiries; calling, counselling and admission closure remain your responsibility unless separately agreed.

Meta Ads Spend

Meta Ads spend is separate from the setup fee, monthly management fee, and any creative production beyond the plan. You should pay Meta directly wherever possible.

Meta Ads Results and What We Commit To

Meta Ads performance may vary based on budget, audience size, course demand, competition, creative quality, offer, season, lead form and follow-up speed, so we don't promise a fixed number of leads, admissions or a fixed cost per lead.

What we do commit to: creative testing every month, honest reporting on what's working, and quick communication if a campaign needs your input.

5. Complete Marketing — Scope and Working Guidelines

What Complete Marketing Means

Complete Marketing connects the services listed in your selected package under one coordinated plan. Depending on the plan, it may include SEO, AI search optimisation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic social media, blog content, creative production, landing-page review, enquiry monitoring, reporting and strategy meetings. It doesn't mean unlimited work across every course, branch, location or platform.

Package Limits Still Apply

The selected plan follows the listed limits for courses, keywords, pages, blogs, campaigns, ad groups, image creatives, AI reels, social posts, landing pages, reporting and strategy calls. Additional work is always discussed and quoted with you before execution.

Course Coverage

Course coverage follows the same definitions used in SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads above. Online and offline versions may be treated separately when they require different marketing strategies.

Channel Planning

Different channels serve different purposes — SEO supports long-term search visibility, Google Ads captures active searches, Meta Ads builds recall and generates leads, social media supports trust and regular visibility, and content answers student and parent questions. The monthly strategy decides how these activities work together.

Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers the SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads setup work described in the sections above, combined at a lower cost than taking each separately. Additional courses, branches, accounts or advanced tracking can be planned as a revised setup quote.

Organic Social Media Scope

Organic social posts may include content writing (in English by default), static design, captions, relevant hashtags or keywords, and scheduling on selected platforms. The selected platforms are agreed in advance. Unless mentioned separately, this doesn't include daily community management, comment moderation, direct-message handling, influencer outreach, original video shoots, or event coverage.

Reporting

Reports may include SEO visibility, keyword movement, organic traffic, content completed, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance, cost per enquiry, enquiries by channel, social content completed, next-month priorities, and admission data where you share it with us. This is shared as a document or spreadsheet, along with your scheduled strategy call.

Strategy Meetings

Strategy calls follow the frequency listed in your package and may cover performance review, upcoming batches, budget decisions, course priorities, content priorities, campaign improvements and next-month planning. Additional meetings can be scheduled separately if needed.

Recommended Working Period

A minimum 3-month working period is recommended for Complete Marketing plans, so there is enough time to set up tracking, test campaigns, gather performance data, publish content, improve SEO and build retargeting audiences across channels. This recommended period is not a guarantee of results.

Common Working Guidelines (Applicable to All Services)

Prices and GST

All listed prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to invoices. Third-party charges and advertising spend are separate. Additional work is always discussed and agreed with you before execution.

Payment Terms

  • We begin planning and production as soon as payment is received, so you can be confident work starts right away.
  • Because we agree on a clear scope and timeline together before any payment is made, you know exactly what to expect beforehand.
  • We work on 100% advance payment for all services — one-time projects, monthly management, and setup fees alike.
  • Since work and planning begin from day one, payments made for approved projects are not refundable. If you'd like any changes to the scope, we're always happy to discuss this before you pay, so the right plan is chosen from the start.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance for each billing cycle.
  • If payment for an ongoing monthly service is delayed, active work may be paused until it's received.

Communication and Response Time

You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or video call, as included in your plan. We aim to respond to routine queries within 1 business day. Your strategy or review calls follow the frequency mentioned in your selected package; anything urgent in between can be raised over WhatsApp.

Approvals and Client Information

To keep work accurate and on schedule, we request that you provide correct business details, course information, fees, batch dates, faculty information, results, testimonials, brand assets, required account access, and timely approvals. We won't publish any unapproved claims, results or offers.

Monthly Deliverables

Monthly limits — such as blogs, posts, creatives, reels, campaigns and meetings — apply to the current billing month. Unused items don't automatically carry forward. If work is delayed because required information or approval wasn't provided on time, it will be rescheduled according to team availability once received.

Additional Work

If you'd like work beyond your selected plan, we'll review the requirement, explain the additional scope, and share a quote together with you. Work begins only after your approval — we never add a charge without discussing it with you first.

Access and Account Ownership

Wherever possible, accounts and subscriptions should remain in your name and under your ownership — this includes your domain, hosting, Google Ads account, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile. You should pay advertising and hosting platforms directly.

Website administrator access is transferred to you after final payment. Both teams should maintain secure access credentials and protect confidential account information.

Data and Confidentiality

Your data is used only for the agreed service. Both parties should protect lead data, student information, campaign data, business information, login credentials and internal documents. Handling of CRM or student data may need a separate privacy process depending on your systems.

Scope Changes

Your package scope is based on the information available at the time of selection. If you later add new courses, branches, locations, languages, platforms or campaign goals, the scope may need revision — for example, going from 1 course to 3 courses is treated as a scope change. This is always discussed and agreed with you before execution.

Pausing or Ending a Service

If you'd like to pause or stop a monthly service, please share written notice as agreed in the final proposal. Work completed up to the paid period will be delivered, available approved assets will be handed over, and any pending invoices must be cleared. As with all our services, payments already made are not refunded, since work and planning begin as soon as payment is received.

Our Shared Goal

These guidelines aren't designed to restrict you — they exist to help both teams understand what's included, what information is needed, how work is counted, when additional cost may apply, and how performance is measured. Our goal is to keep every project clear, fair and easy to manage from day one.

Education Marketing Packages and Pricing Guide

Choosing a marketing package for your coaching institute, tuition centre or consultancy shouldn’t come down to the lowest price or the longest feature list.

The right package depends on:

    • The type of education business you run
    • How many courses or services you promote
    • Whether your classes are online, offline or both
    • The locations you want to reach
    • Your competition level
    • Your admission cycle
    • Your monthly marketing budget
    • How many quality enquiries you actually need

A local tuition centre doesn’t need the same approach as a UPSC coaching institute. A study-abroad consultant doesn’t need the same website or lead flow as a Class 11 coaching centre.

That’s why MgiWebzone packages are built around three education-business categories — Local Coaching and Tuition Centres, Competitive Exam Coaching Institutes, and Admission and Education Consultants — each with its own Website Design, SEO and AI Search, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Complete Marketing plans.

Which Package Suits UPSC, NEET, JEE, GATE or State PCS Coaching?

Competitive exam coaching institutes deal with wider competition and a longer student decision process. Aspirants compare faculty, results, course coverage, batch schedule, online vs offline mode, test series, mentorship, demo classes, reviews, fees and past selections before choosing an institute.

A competitive coaching package needs to go beyond simple visibility — it typically includes course-specific landing pages, faculty-authority content, national or state-level search work, high-intent Google Ads, Meta Ads for batch promotion, blog content, retargeting, enquiry monitoring across call/form/WhatsApp, and planning tied to your admission season.

The same package structure works across different exams, but the actual keywords, course pages, ad messaging and content themes change.

    • UPSC Optional coaching usually focuses on faculty authority, previous year questions, answer-writing and results.
    • GATE coaching often needs branch-specific pages and test-series campaigns. State PCS coaching may need state-level and language-specific targeting.
    • NEET and JEE coaching usually needs parent-focused trust content, results, and scholarship-test campaigns.

How Much Do Education Marketing Services Cost in India?

Costs vary based on how deep the work is, how much competition you face, which locations you’re targeting, and what your business goals are.

A small local tuition centre may only need a focused plan for one area and a couple of classes. A competitive exam coaching institute may need national search visibility, course-specific pages, Google Ads, Meta Ads and faculty-led content. An admission consultant may need country pages, qualification forms, high-intent campaigns and stronger enquiry tracking.

Typical pricing looks like this: Website Design is a one-time project fee, while SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Complete Marketing are monthly fees. Ad spend, GST, premium plugins, hosting and custom development are separate from the management fee. The right price should always match the actual scope of work — not a generic list of services copy-pasted for every business.

Which Marketing Package Suits a Local Tuition Centre?

A local tuition centre mostly depends on parents and students living nearby, so the priorities look different from a national coaching brand.

The most useful work usually includes Google Maps visibility, local search optimisation, class- and subject-specific pages, parent-focused content, WhatsApp enquiries, call monitoring, and radius-based Google and Meta Ads.

A small centre teaching one or two subjects can start with a focused plan. A multi-subject institute teaching Classes 6–12 may need separate pages and campaigns for Science, Commerce, Humanities or foundation batches. A larger centre offering board coaching alongside NEET or JEE preparation may need a bigger website, more course pages, deeper search work and separate paid campaigns. The right package depends on how many classes, streams, subjects, locations and admission goals you’re working with.

Get a Marketing Plan Built for Your Consultancy

One conversation is enough to understand exactly where your consultancy’s enquiries are currently being lost.

Which Package Suits UPSC, NEET, JEE, GATE or State PCS Coaching?

Education marketing packages are structured service plans built to help coaching institutes, tuition centres and education consultants improve visibility, generate enquiries and increase admissions.

Depending on the service you choose, a package may include website design, course-page planning, search visibility work, AI-search-friendly content, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, blog writing, social media content, enquiry monitoring, landing-page support, and reporting.

A good package tells you exactly what work will be done, how many courses or services are covered, how many campaigns will run, what content gets created, what gets tracked, and what it costs — so you can compare plans clearly before requesting a custom proposal.

Which Package Suits an Admission or Study-Abroad Consultant?

Admission consultants sell guidance and counselling, not a classroom course — and the enquiry journey is much longer: initial consultation, eligibility review, country or college selection, document support, application, counselling, admission, visa, and travel or onboarding.

Because this journey takes longer, your marketing package needs to focus on trust and lead qualification rather than just traffic. That usually means service pages, country pages, university pages, eligibility information, consultation booking forms, multi-step enquiry forms, call and WhatsApp monitoring, Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, decision guides, and student success stories.

A consultant working with one country or one service can start with a focused plan. A multi-country or multi-service consultant usually needs a bigger content structure, more campaigns and stronger enquiry tracking.

What's Included in a Website Design Package for Education Businesses?

An education website needs to do more than list information — it should help a visitor quickly understand what courses are available, who teaches them, who the course is for, what’s included, when the batch starts, what results the institute has achieved, and how to book a demo, consultation, call or WhatsApp chat.

Depending on the plan, a website may include a home page, about page, course pages, a faculty section, a results section, batch schedule, test-series page, demo or consultation booking form, contact page, WhatsApp button, blog section, SEO foundation setup, and enquiry monitoring.

The total cost depends on how many pages you need, how many unique layouts, and how much content and functionality is involved. Custom-coded portals, online exam systems, learning management platforms, payment systems, rank predictors and other advanced integrations are quoted separately since they go beyond standard website design and layout work.

Why Are Domain, Hosting and Premium Plugins Charged Separately?

A website package covers design and the agreed layout work. Domain, hosting and premium tools are separate because their cost depends on the provider, the licence period, and the specific features you need — things like domain registration, hosting, business email, a premium page-builder licence, a learning management plugin, a booking system, or a payment gateway extension.

If a feature you want needs a paid plugin, theme or third-party tool, we’ll always explain this before any purchase, so you can approve the cost and stay aware of future renewal charges.

What's Included in an Education SEO Package?

An education SEO package typically includes a website audit, keyword research, competitor research, course-page optimisation, title and heading work, internal linking, technical review, content planning, blog writing, local search work, Google Business Profile support, relevant link building, rank tracking, monthly reporting, and AI-search-friendly content structure.

The exact scope depends on how many courses, subjects, locations and modes are included in your plan. SEO work shouldn’t be judged only by keyword counts or link numbers — the real goal is improving visibility for the searches that actually bring in relevant enquiries.

How Do the 15, 30 and 45 Keyword SEO Plans Work?

Keyword allocation is tied to how many target units you’re covering.

A 15-keyword plan suits one main target unit — one course, one subject, one optional, one location, one branch, one online programme, one offline programme, or one admission service.

A 30-keyword plan covers up to two target units — for example, GS Foundation and Anthropology Optional, Class 11 Science and Class 12 Science, GATE CSE and GATE Mechanical, or Study in the UK and Study in Canada.

A 45-keyword plan covers up to three target units.

The listed number refers to the priority keywords we track and report on. Related long-tail searches, question-based queries and natural variations are also picked up through content and page work along the way.

Why Are Online and Offline Courses Counted Separately in SEO?

Online and offline versions of the same course often need different strategies. An online course usually targets students across the country, while an offline course targets one specific city, locality or branch — and the two can have completely different audiences, competitors, keywords, course pages, ad messaging, content topics and link-building needs.

Because of this, online and offline versions of a course are treated as separate target units whenever the marketing work required is genuinely different.

Why Can Different Locations Count Separately in Local SEO?

Local search is built around location-specific intent. “Class 11 Coaching in Dwarka,” “Class 11 Coaching in Rohini” and “Class 11 Coaching in Noida” are all searching for the same kind of service — but they’re targeting different local markets, each needing its own keyword research, competitor analysis, landing page, local content, citations and location-specific link building.

A package covering one location can’t automatically stretch to cover every city or area without more work and a different strategy behind it.

Should a Coaching Institute Choose SEO, Google Ads, or Both?

SEO and Google Ads solve different problems, and most institutes eventually benefit from both.

  • Choose SEO when you want long-term search visibility, organic traffic, course authority, and less dependence on ongoing ad spend — including visibility in AI-assisted search tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Google’s AI Overviews.
  • Choose Google Ads when you want faster enquiries, batch-launch campaigns, immediate visibility for a specific course, and a trackable cost per enquiry.
  • Choose Meta Ads when you want to build recall through Instagram and Facebook, showcase faculty and results with creatives and reels, and generate WhatsApp enquiries from people who may not be actively searching yet but fit your target audience.
  • Choose Complete Marketing when you want SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and content working together — so a parent who sees your Meta ad, later searches for your course on Google, and finds your website ranking organically, gets a consistent message at every step. This reduces your dependence on any single channel and gives you one connected report instead of three separate ones.

Why Choose MgiWebzone for Education Marketing?

MgiWebzone works across the education ecosystem — tuition centres, UPSC coaching institutes, optional-subject coaching, NEET and JEE institutes, schools, skill-training centres, EdTech platforms and admission consultants. This range of experience is what helps us understand that every course, location and admission cycle needs its own approach, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Some results from institutes we’ve worked with:

  • IMS4Maths (UPSC Mathematics Optional) generated 950 confirmed admissions through Google Ads, at a reported cost of ₹1,528 per admission, alongside 1.45 million search impressions and 131,000 organic clicks over 12 months.
  • Sapiens IAS (UPSC Anthropology & Zoology Optional) grew annual enrolments from 75 to 560 students — a 646% increase — with a 15x return on ad spend.
  • ProdEgyIAS (UPSC Public Administration Optional) reduced its cost per admission by 66.6%, from ₹6,617 to ₹2,209, while generating 250 admissions with a 45% enquiry-to-admission rate.
  • Aspirations Institute, a local tuition-focused brand, grew organic visibility to 3.28 million search impressions and 137,000 clicks within six months, with an average ranking of 2.1 for its local coaching search terms.

Individual results vary by course, competition, brand strength and how quickly your team follows up on leads — but these numbers show why we measure success by enquiries and admissions, not just traffic.

How Much Advertising Budget Should a Coaching Institute Plan For?

There’s no single “right” budget for every institute — it depends on your course or exam’s competition level, your target city or state, whether you’re online or offline, your expected enquiry volume, your average course fee, your batch capacity, your admission deadline, and any past campaign data you have.

A local tuition centre may start with a smaller, city-focused budget. A national UPSC, NEET or GATE coaching campaign usually needs a higher budget because the competition and audience reach are wider.

An admission consultant targeting high-value keywords may need a bigger budget because each successful enquiry is worth more. A practical budget should only be recommended after reviewing your specific market, competition and admission targets — not picked from a generic chart.

What's Included in Meta Ads Management?

A Meta Ads package may include audience research, campaign setup, image creatives, AI-generated reels, ad copy, lead forms, WhatsApp campaigns, Pixel setup, retargeting, audience testing, performance monitoring and reporting.

Meta Ads work well for batch promotions, scholarship tests, demo classes, faculty-led content, result campaigns, consultation offers and retargeting people who’ve already shown interest. The advertising budget paid to Meta is separate from the management fee, and things like original video shoots, actors, influencer fees and studio production aren’t included unless specifically agreed.

Can Google Ads or Meta Ads Guarantee Admissions?

No honest marketing partner can guarantee a fixed number of admissions. Marketing can generate visibility, clicks and enquiries — but final admissions depend on your course fee, faculty reputation, brand trust, landing-page quality, your offer, how fast your team responds, counselling quality, follow-up, competition and seasonal demand.

The most useful way to look at this is the full picture: impressions, clicks, enquiries, counselling, demo attendance, applications, admissions, and cost per admission. Accurate cost-per-admission reporting is only possible when you share updated lead and admission data with us regularly.

Why Does Enquiry Monitoring Matter?

Without proper enquiry monitoring, you might know how much you spent, but not which campaign actually worked.

Monitoring form submissions, phone clicks, WhatsApp clicks, demo bookings and course-wise or branch-wise leads helps answer the questions that matter — which course brought in more enquiries, which keyword produced better leads, which location performed well, where budget was wasted, what the cost per enquiry was, and which channel actually led to admissions. That information is what lets us move your budget toward what’s actually working.

How Long Does Education SEO Take to Show Progress?

SEO progress depends on your competition, your website’s current condition, content quality, technical health, existing authority, your target location, search demand, and ongoing search engine changes. A new website in a highly competitive national market usually takes longer than an established local coaching website in a smaller market.

Early months typically focus on research, technical review, page optimisation, keyword mapping, content planning, internal linking and building relevant, authoritative links. SEO is best treated as a steady growth process — not a one-time ranking event.

Why is a Minimum Working Period Recommended for Complete Marketing?

Complete Marketing connects several moving parts — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic social media, content, monitoring and reporting — and each one produces results at a different pace. Paid campaigns tend to bring enquiries faster; SEO and content take longer; retargeting audiences need time to build up.

A minimum three-month working period gives enough time to complete initial setup, test campaigns, gather real performance data, improve targeting, publish content, review lead quality, build retargeting audiences, and get all the channels working together.

This recommended period isn’t a guarantee of results — it’s simply the minimum time needed to judge the strategy fairly.

What Should You Check Before Choosing a Marketing Package?

Before picking a plan, it helps to think through: how many courses need promotion, whether they’re online or offline, how many locations or branches are involved, whether your audience is local, state-level or national, whether your website is actually ready to convert enquiries, whether you have a counselling team that can follow up quickly, whether you can share accurate admission data, what advertising budget is realistic, whether you need long-term SEO, and whether you need multiple services working together.

The cheapest plan may not suit a business with multiple courses and locations. The biggest plan may be unnecessary if all you need right now is one focused campaign.

What's the Difference Between Ad Spend and Management Fees?

Ad spend is the amount paid directly to Google or Meta for the clicks and impressions your ads generate. The management fee is what you pay us for the work behind the campaign — keyword research, campaign setup, competitor research, ad-copy creation, negative-keyword planning, conversion monitoring, search-term reviews, budget adjustments, performance monitoring, reporting and strategy support.

For example, a coaching institute might pay us a monthly management fee while maintaining a separate advertising budget directly in their own Google Ads or Meta Ads account.
